The Service Broker Forum has defined the architecture and fundamental functionality of a service broker. The mission now for the Forum is to continue to evangelize this architecture, functionality and overall benefits that a service broker delivers to a service provider and their network transformation strategy. Individual member companies influence the standards through their respective standard bodies participation.
