Is the operator empowered to manage service interaction logic on a Service Broker?

Yes! Indeed, in order for the Service Broker to truly deliver upon the promises of extending and creating new services, it must support the ability to host service logic. Depending upon implementation, this service logic is exposed and is fully programmable via a number of methods. One such option is to create service logic description utilizing a verbose script using XML; this is particularly interesting as the IT and Telco engineering teams continue to converge. Alternatively, the service broker may host and execute a “helper” application written in Java or C.
